Refunds or exchanges may be made for items if they are misrepresented or poorly crafted. Any custom sales are final once we have agreed on what is to be crafted, again unless they are misrepresented or poorly crafted. But none of that! I want you to be happy and enjoy what you have purchased! :)

I try to make shipping as economical as possible! If you need an item rushed I am always happy to accomodate if possible, but please understand there may be additional shipping charges that must be added.

I am committed to shipping out quickly, but want to maintain high quality standards! Many (most!) of my items are made to order and/or made when ordered and must be created with care! If you need a rush order, or a large order please convo me for shipping times.
