Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If for unlikely reasons you are not totally satisfied with the jewellery, we are able to exchange the item (of the same value or with the difference topped up by the customer). However, the purchased item would first need to be returned to us in unworn condition and in its original packaging/state. Additional shipping and handling fee incurred will have to be handled by the customer and will not be refunded.
We do not refund for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. Please check your delivery address carefully upon check-out.
We do not accept returns for customized orders.
For Singapore based Customers we also accept bank transfers or cheque. If you prefer these modes of payment, please choose the “Other” payment option during checkout. You will receive the banking details once your order has been submitted.
Preferred bank transfer would be through UOB. Inter-bank transfers have a bank processing time of 3-5 working days which means that your purchases will only be shipped once payment is credited to Marizhka’s account.
All purchases will be securely placed in a gift box, packed in a bubble wrapped envelope and posted/shipped through SingPost, Singapore’s most established delivery service. We will be using SingPost Registered Mail service that requires a signature upon delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number once your order is mailed or shipped.
For international deliveries, there may be potential delays due to prolonged transit times and customs clearance during peak times, strikers, adverse weather conditions or heightened security alters. We do not take any responsibility for delays beyond our control.
Please note that your purchase may be subjected to import duties and taxes of your home country. Your country’s customs department may levy taxes and duties on your order depending on its monetary value. These payments are your sole responsibility. Marizhka is not responsible for your own country’s tariffs, taxes, import fees, customs fees, etc. If you are unsure about your specific country's regulations on taxes, fees, etc., please contact your local custom office for more details.
All items will be delivered to the address provided through Paypal, unless otherwise stated. Please make sure that the address in your Paypal account is updated. Alternatively please specify the desired delivery address upon check-out.

Asia Pacific – 5 to 7 business days*
UK – 5 to 9 business days*
Europe – 6 to 12 business days*
USA, Middle East – 8 to 14 business days*
*Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays as well as National holidays in your own country/country of delivery.
