****** We are happy to support the Hearts & Hammers charity organization! If we have a hammer that doesn't meet our quality standards we don't just throw it away. We donate them to Hearts and Hammers which works to repair homes of low income homeowners, most of whom are elderly or disabled.

****** We also donate quarterly to Austin Dog Alliance which helps train PTSD service dogs, pet therapy dogs for nursing homes, hospitals, schools and libraries, as well as training for dogs to be placed in homes with special needs children.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

We do not provide a proof before or after engraving. Our sample photos and font samples provide a clear idea of what your final item will look like.

If you need to make a change to your order and it has already been engraved, regardless of whether it has shipped, there will be a non-refundable fee to cover the loss on the original item engraved.

We engrave exactly as typed at checkout. Correct spelling and punctuation is 100% the responsibility of the buyer. We will not accept exchanges for spelling or punctuation errors unless the mistake is on our part.

All of our items are made to order. Please view the processing time for each item prior to purchasing. If you have any questions about an item contact us prior to purchasing.

Monograms

At checkout please type the letters in the order which you would like them to be engraved. Example, PEJ will be engraved in that order. Only provide initials, not full names, on monogrammed items.

Damage

We package your items with the utmost care, but very occasionally things may happen in transit! If an item arrives damaged please document with photos and contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include the photos. Damaged items will be -replaced- at no cost to the buyer. Replacement items will be sent exactly as purchased on the original invoice with no changes to the engraving.

EU Distance Selling Law

As our items are all personalized, they do not qualify for the right of return laws in the EU.

Personalized items may not be returned. If an item arrives damaged we will replace it. Please see the rest of our policies for more information, as it's the same for all buyers worldwide.

Domestic Shipping Method

We ship via USPS. For domestic (US) orders, depending on the size of the item, your order will ship via First Class (3-5 business days), Priority Mail (2-3 business days), or Parcel Select (7-10 business days).

We select the most affordable option based on your location to save you money. If you need your item faster, let us know before purchasing, we'll get you a quote.
