marketfreshfelt's Shop Policies

Welcome! All items in my shop are made of wool blend felt, and stuffed with wool and lovingly hand-stitched together by me. My play foods fall in line with Waldorf methodology and provide a unique aesthetic quality that mass-produced toys cannot match. There is charm in the details and texture of my creations that will inspire your child to dream... and grow. The most magical moments of childhood are those inspired moments where children picture themselves as "grown-ups"... and convince grown-ups to be "children" once again.

I accept payment by credit card through pay-pal. Payment is due within 48 hours of time of purchase. Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipment is made via USPS First Class mail on the following business day of receiving payment in full. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price. I will be happy to combine shipment for multiple items.
International and expedited shipping... please CONVO me with your zip code for estimated shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 2 weeks of purchase I will happily be willing to refund the purchase price of item not including shipping charges.
