    We are sorry all books over the cost of $100.00 is non-refundable.
    All items sent with free shipping will be charged the shipping charge if they are returned.

    Prior to retuning an item, kindly convo for authorization code and address.
    We ask that if you are sending back an item, it is wrapped well, the package insured and sent back priority mail via usps. Postage In Both Directions Is Non Refundable.
    The sooner we get the package prior to the 7 day limit the faster you will receive your refund.
    All custom alternations and custom ring settings are non refundable, all Customized and Special Order or Made To OrderJewelry are non refundable. Any and all jewelry items made to customization in anyway, are not eligible for refund. Once the confirmation agreement has been replied to and confirmed by client (you), the custom, special order jewelry item is confirmed sold...
