Brooke was so kind and helpful. When I reached out to her, she always replied back to me right away. It's very hard for me to put bracelets on so she suggested a magnetic closure. Now I can get my bracelet on and off easily and it's very strong. I will definitely be purchasing from her again.

Can I order custom and/or personalized pieces?
✨ Yes! We love custom orders. Please send us a message here on Etsy, or email info@marleygracejewelry.com and share what you'd like. We can create matching pieces, bulk orders, alterations to an item currently available, or something entirely different - just let us know!
How do I select the best size, or order a size not listed?
✨ When choosing your length, please note measurements are taken from end to end when the jewelry piece is closed. This ensures a good fit regardless of the closure style. If you need help choosing a size, please message us!
✨ Please note it is very difficult to guarantee an EXACT measurement due to the sizes of gemstones/beads used in each design. We can create our jewelry in different lengths for a perfect fit, often including 1/4" and 1/2" increments. If you need a specific measurement not listed, please note this when you make your purchase.
✨ If the listing is for a bracelet and you’d like a necklace, or vice versa, contact us so we will create a custom order for you!
What if I want to order multiples of an item, but only one (or less than I want) is in stock?
📧 Send us a message - let us know how many and what sizes, and we will create a custom listing for you if we are able to accommodate your request! 📧
How should I care for my jewelry?
✨ Please be gentle with all handmade jewelry especially when it contains natural gemstones and other potentially fragile materials. These materials aren’t meant to come into extended or direct contact with water, or chemicals such as perfumes or cleansers. As with all jewelry, we recommend removal while swimming, doing the dishes, showering, working out, etc. 🚫💧🏊 🚿🛀🧼💦
✨ Handle it with care, store it properly, and avoid dropping it, tossing it, or exposing it to harsh conditions. We use strong yet flexible aluminum beading wire and solid elastic (not thread!) for durability. Please treat each piece with care so it can be enjoyed for years to come! 🥰
Will I receive the exact item pictured in the listing?
✨ Sometimes, if we have a limited item, this will be noted in the listing. Otherwise, the item as pictured is typically a sample and yours will be made to order. Because of the individual nature of gemstones and handcrafted jewelry, your piece might vary slightly from what is pictured in the listing...but we'll make sure it's as close as possible (or even better!).
Do you offer gift packaging?
✨ Yes! Each item comes in an organza bag, but for a small fee, we will ship your order in a branded kraft box, tied with a jute twine bow ready for gifting! 🎁
What if I want a different accent metal color than what is shown in the listing?
✨ If accent metal colors are available in options other than what's shown in the listing photos, "secondary color" choices will be shown. We will match any clasps and other accent metals to this color.
What if I want a different clasp style than what is shown in the listing?
If you prefer a different clasp style from what's shown in the listing, we can swap it out for no additional charge. We offer the following styles and colors:

Are items pictured at actual size?
Photos of our jewelry are typically zoomed in to show detail, and sometimes zoomed out to show the entire piece. The size of the components used in each piece of jewelry is described in the listing and there is typically a photo of the piece next to an item and/or ruler for scale. Because everyone looks at listings on different sized screens, it is impossible to show it at actual size. If you're unsure about the size of an item's components (such as the beads, clasp, or pendant) please message us and we'll be happy to help clarify with more information!
