Hi! All the jewelry in my store is hand cast in the USA in sterling silver made from original wax models.

Glass jewelry is made by hand in Oakland, CA with hand-cut glass tiles we fire in the kiln. Designs are created from original screen prints created from my drawings. Glass jewelry can be cleaned with mild soap and water if necessary.

Enamel jewelry is made with a labor-intensive process called champlevé. We fill hand cast original sterling silver pieces with wet enamel, which we dry and fire in the kiln at 1450 degrees F. This process is repeated three times, and then a screen print of an original drawing is applied and kiln-fired into the surface of the enamel. The piece is then sanded and polished. Polish with a jewelry cloth if needed, paste and liquid silver cleaners may react with the enamel and cause discoloration.

A quick note about custom order requests:
I receive a lot of requests for engraving and personalization. Unfortunately, my studio is not set up to engrave. Most local jewelry stores, however, would be happy to engrave a piece for a nominal fee.
I also cannot make custom sterling silver charms, as the process is too costly for a single piece.

I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use a credit card.


Most of my items are in stock and will ship within 2 business days. Items are shipped without a receipt in a gift box. If you'd like to include a gift message, please let me know. Let me know if you would like me to include a paper receipt.

I combine shipping, so all items ship for a flat rate regardless of how many items were ordered. If you are ordering between my different stores (marmar, marmarsuperstar, and marmarModern), leave me a note so I can refund the additional shipping fees for you.

I ship Monday-Thursday. Packages ordered Thursday afternoon through Sunday night will be shipped Monday (custom orders and out-of-stock items will ship on a case-by-case basis).

I ship all domestic packages Priority Mail to the address specified during the checkout process. You will be able to check the status of your package directly from Etsy. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days anywhere in the U.S. You also have the option to upgrade domestic shipments to Express Mail, which is delivered in 1 business day.

Express Mail orders must be ordered by NOON the day of to ship same-day. Express Mail orders ordered after the noon cutoff will be shipped the next day.

I ship all international packages via First Class Mail by default. First Class Mail takes between 2 to 6 weeks and will vary by destination. International shipments can be upgraded to International Priority, which is 6-10 business days, or International Priority Express, which is 3-5 business days. International packages cannot be tracked once they leave the country. Canadian customers may be eligible for a partial refund of expedited shipping costs, contact me after you have placed your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please note - you are responsible for any customs or duties imposed by your home country, as I have no control over this process.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN RUSSIA AND MEXICO: Due to a high volume of lost packages, I will only be shipping via Priority Mail to Russia and Mexico. If you place an order, I will contact you to arrange shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me by Etsy convo so that I can work out any issues you may have with your purchase.

Items can be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact me for a replacement within 2 weeks of purchase. I will generate a return label to return your defective item, or send a replacement with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return the defective item.

Please contact me if you have a previously purchased item in need of repair. I am happy to repair items or replace lost single earrings for only a minimal fee, if a fee is required.

Care Instructions:
Sterling silver, bronze, and pewter charm jewelry should be polished with a jewelry cloth. Paste and liquid cleaners will strip the patina from the piece.

Enamel jewelry can be polished with a jewelry cloth as well. Enamel areas can be washed with mild dish soap if they become dirty. Harsh detergents and jewelry cleaners can damage or discolor enamels. Because enamel jewelry is made out of glass, take care not to drop or crush your enamel jewelry.

Glass jewelry can be gently cleaned with mild dish soap. The bails and findings can be polished with a jewelry cloth. Harsh detergents and jewelry cleaners can damage or discolor glass. While glass jewelry is very durable, take care not to drop or crush your jewelry as it could chip or crack.

Chains are best cleaned with liquid cleaners that will get into the crevices. Take care not to get the liquid on the pendant.
