The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted up to ten (10) business days after delivery of item on unused, unaltered items. Seller pays return shipping if the item was not as described, the item was lost or damaged in transit, or an incorrect item was sent, and a full refund will be given; in all other cases, buyer pays return shipping, and a full refund minus shipping costs will be given.
Payment
I accept payments via PayPal and Etsy Direct Pay. Payment must be made within three (3) business days of an item purchase or the order will be canceled and the item will be relisted. Item will be shipped to the registered address in the buyer's PayPal account or Etsy account, depending on the payment method.

Shipping
I ship via USPS first class mail if the weight of the package is less or equal to than thirteen (13) ounces, and USPS priority mail when the weight of the package exceeds thirteen (13) ounces. If you would like a shipping upgrade, insurance, or delivery confirmation, please convo me before your purchase so that I can adjust the listing accordingly. Your purchase will be sent to you in a padded envelope for safe travel. Your order will be shipped within three days following receipt of payment. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
