I started my Etsy shop 2006 but I've been involved with textile arts since 1975. Knitting, crochet, weaving, embroidery, bobbin lace, sewing, kumihimo to name a few.

Return/Refund Policy:
Thank you for shopping with MartelvonC. I take pride in my reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, I will gladly exchange your items or, issue a refund for the value of the merchandise upon receipt of the item in new condition, returned order.

Custom Order Fine Print:
Custom design orders are non-cash refundable and require full purchase price paid in full. If you are not satisfied and an item can be resold then shop credit will be issued or an exchange will be offered for the value of the merchandise plus your return shipping.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable; however the return cost is.

Privacy Policy:
I will not EVER sell my customer list or information to any 3rd parties. (Does anyone really do this anymore?)

I am not responsible for items lost by the postal service as package tracking is given for all items. I will try my best to work with you to resolve the loss.

All items are appropriately and safely packed for that item and shipped in new and clean packaging. Damage by the shipping company is only covered if proper insurance is purchased.

Special orders or large quantity orders will take longer to ship to you but my goal is to deliver for your timeline whenever possible.
