We are a family of sailors, who travel the world by sailboat, and love to do martial arts. Seriously. Part of the fun is that while traveling, we can do martial arts in different dojos around the world, and even without having a common tongue, we can meet people and interact with them safely and in a fun way. Accepted payment methods

Payment
We only accept payment by paypal at this time. It is not possible to send us a check or money order or really to do anything else, since we travel all the time.
Shipping
From our etsy shop, which does not support multiple shipping methods, we may only ship via first class mail. If you need something shipped via USPS priority or express, convo me, even though it will take longer to get the order done what with the waiting for the convo etc. If you are in the biggest hurry ever, just place the order and I will bill you via paypal for the difference in shipping. However, if you do this and then back out of the sale, it will result in me leaving negative feedback, so be sure before you buy. I do not mark up shipping for express or priority shipments either, what they charge is what I charge.

I do go to the post office the day after receiving an order in most cases, but give me an extra day just in case (good example, this week I was sick with the flu, and could not get to the post). We do not have cars, which would not fit on a sailboat, but rather ride our bicycles everywhere, so being sick is a deal-breaker for getting to the post office.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have never had this come up on etsy, but I have been doing e-commerce for almost a decade, and have lived through it in other instances, so I have this to share:
Whenever I have a customer indicate that they are dissatisfied with a purchase, I ALWAYS offer to make it right. I will happily replace the item if it is damaged or dissatisfying for some reason. I will happily refund an item if it is not as it was described in the listing. I will even cover the shipping to get the item back to me.

After selling tens of thousands of fresh flower leis online for the better part of a decade, I have also learned that people will take advantage of me. They will call and demand a refund, say there is something wrong with the order, say it never arrived, insist it is not as described, but when it is time to send it back, they will refuse and say they need it. When I ask for a photograph of the damage they will send me a picture of their boyfriend wearing the lei in front of a graduation ceremony smiling and throwing shaka. Bottom line, I am a generous and reasonable person, but I am not a moron and I can not support fraud or theft.

If the item is good enough to use, it is good enough to pay for. When buying a pair of new shoes and dress at the mall, you can't take them back after you wear them on your date. Likewise, I will not take back anything at all that has been worn or used.

To get a refund or exchange from me, you must contact me within 24 hours of the delivery. Anything after that I just can't be held responsible for.
Additional policies and FAQs
We absolutely are looking for wholesale accounts to lessen my burden of retail while we travel. We offer great prices, great terms, great products, and great people to work with!!

I do require that my wholesale accounts be legitimate businesses who want to work with us for the long-term, so no, "I'm having a party and want to give everyone one of these!" but yes, "I have a dojo and my students would love to buy belt promotion necklaces when they test" or even, "I want to give these out as a gift to new people who join our school."

I will work out a discount if you have a volume order, but it is different than a wholesale account.
