When I create mala beads, I know that I'm creating it for a specific person...you. I visualize you using it in your meditation practice, wearing it for daily support or holding it during your prayers as you whisper your innermost longings to the divine. I can feel how it'll support you during both joys and hardships, and help you celebrate and rise up rather than fall into despair.

There's a sliver of my soul in each work I create, whether it's a mala, a bracelet, a painting---it doesn't matter. I love what I do because I know my soul incarnated here to channel the energy of healing through my art. When you wear one of my creations or look at my art, you're feeling my soul's mission. You can use these talismans as a tangible way to remind you of your own soul's mission. These talismans help you remember who your are, why you are here, and what it'll mean to the world if you share your own heART.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SHOP DOES NOT, FOR ANY REASON, RESHIP OR REFUND MERCHANDISE DUE TO LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS. By making an international purchase with this shop, the buyer assumes all risks to delivery. A US Customs number will be provided which will allow tracking up to the point the package leaves US soil, after which tracking may not be available depending on the postal system of the destination country.

Lost packages VERY RARE, and are not the fault of this shop, but the fault of the shipping company. It's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you have tracking service on your package as follows:

DOMESTIC BUYERS (United States) ---> choose standard shipping or Priority upgrade service.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ---> choose PRIORITY SHIPPING ONLY. While this shipping option will provided complete tracking to many countries, it does not work in all countries, so check with the US Postal Service before ordering if there's a concern.

IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE IN 30 DAYS
First check in with your housemates, neighbors and visitors to insure that someone didn't pick up the package and forget to tell you. Then, check with your local postal carrier to see if the package is being held there. Lastly, contact this shop to start a lost package claim. We will file an official claim with the shipping company and they will launch an investigation. MAIL FRAUD IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY BY THIS SHOP. We do not issue refunds or reship packages that are shipped without a tracking service. Lost packages shipped with a tracking service are handled on a case-by-case basis and include a full investigation with the shipping company.

Most items in this shop are made to order. If your item is listed as "made to order," it means there is 1-2 weeks of production time. This shop ships USPS for most items (and sometimes UPS for larger paintings) with tracking included. PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADES DO NOT SPEED UP PRODUCTION TIME. If you're in a rush, contact this shop BEFORE purchasing to make sure your desired delivery time can be met. If there is an unexpected delay in production or shipment, you'll be notified via email. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Your country may charge additional custom fees on your package. You're responsible for any custom charges levied by your country on your package.

Order cancellations must be received within 1 hour of purchase.



►►► RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ◄◄◄

CONTACT MARTY PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEM(S) TO CONFIRM RETURN ADDRESS AND THAT YOUR RETURN IS WITHIN THIS SHOP'S RETURN POLICY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND SHIP WITH TRACKING AND INSURANCE.

In the unlikely case that you don't love your purchase, refunds and exchanges are available on some items if Marty is contacted within 7 days of receiving your order (see exceptions below). Items must be unworn, unused, new condition and in original packaging with original tags still attached and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

IF YOU REMOVE THE PRODUCT'S TAGS, the item is considered worn or used and cannot be restocked as a new item, and will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and you're responsible for shipping charges on exchanges.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, no exceptions:
• Made-to-order items (including all mala beads and bracelets)
• Paintings and other artwork
• Custom orders. Custom orders include any request for options not listed in my shop, adjust sizing on a ready-made item, or have a special item made for you.
• Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

ITEMS RECEIVED THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF THE RETURN POLICY will be repackaged and returned to the address provided on the original order.

Return shipping is your responsibility. Marty is not responsible for undelivered return packages or postal carrier mishaps, and refunds will NOT be granted for return package mistakes or product damages that are the fault of a postal carrier. ASK YOUR POSTAL CARRIER FOR A TRACKING NUMBER AND INSURANCE on your return package to protect your return from postal carrier mishaps. This shop takes MAIL FRAUD VERY SERIOUSLY, refunds will not be issued for packages that do not have proof of delivery (tracking number and insurance proof).



►►► RESIZING SERVICE ◄◄◄

Did you order the wrong size bracelet? If you missed the sizing guide included in all bracelet listings in this shop or guessed your size, you may find yourself in need of a resize.

Due to the fact that bracelets are made to order to your requested size, they aren't returnable/exchangeable/refundable. But you can request a resize. Resizing means your bracelet will be broken apart and remade, as stock isn't kept on hand, so there is a small fee for materials required to rework your bracelet.

Stretchy bracelets can be resized for $5 each + shipping. Wrap bracelets are rewoven for $10 each + shipping. You're responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning your bracelet for resizing.

►►► JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY ◄◄◄
If your jewelry needs repair under normal use* during the first 90 days of your purchase, repairs are free of charge. You'll need to return ALL of the components of your jewelry to avoid replacement part fees. Shipping charges are your responsibility.

*PLEASE NOTE: Normal use means that you have cared for your piece as recommended on the jewelry tags and original listing. Exposing your piece to water, excessive temperatures, sunlight or rough use (including dropping it, improper storage or handling, letting pets or children play with it, etc.) is not considered normal use. In other words, if the repair is needed due to your negligence in caring for your jewelry, the jewelry repair fee will apply.

After 90 days or for repairs needed due to negligence, repair is available for a reasonable flat fee + all shipping charges.

HINT: If you tend to be rough on jewelry, please connect with me prior to purchasing a piece, and I'll recommend the most durable styles to you so that you have the best chance at your piece holding up for longer.

So make sure the only thing you take away from this shop is the inspiration to get creative and make something special from YOUR heart.
