Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you want refunds or exchanges for any reason, I'm willing to do so UNLESS the item is custom made. Please contact me via a Convo first within 14 days of delivery and send the item back to me in the original condition within 21 days of receiving it.
Upon the receipt of the returned item, the full price of the item, excluding the shipping, will be credited towards the new item or refunded within 2 business days. If your initial order qualifies for free shipping but you decide to return a portion of it such that it no longer qualifies for the minimum free-shipping amount, I will give you a refund for the returned item minus the reinstated shipping cost.
When you return the item, please consider purchasing insurance just in case. I'm not responsible if it gets lost in the mail. It's very rare, but accidents happen.
