We built our dream home in the woods and filled it up with people and art.
Skies have become one of my favorite subjects to paint.
Our home has a cabin feel with lots of wood and a small loft where I work. Most walls are covered in artwork.
We homeschool our three daughters. Art museum field trips are one of my favorite parts of school.
Rural living means lots of commuting. I love to watch the sky along the way, and I started snapping pictures to paint.

re-enchantment in paint

I studied painting in school many years ago, but took a detour through parenthood. Now, I'm stretching my legs and exploring meaning, communication, beauty and reenchantment through painting again.
