Announcement    Welcome to Mary's Crafty Corner! We specialize in personalized items for infants, toddlers, and young children. Many items are also available in adult sizes upon request. We are also able to accommodate many custom orders, so please don't hesitate to get in touch about making an extra special item for you! Our products are made in the USA with 100% cotton yarn, unless noted differently in the description.

This shop is for sales to customers for personal use or gifts. If you plan to sell these items in a shop, on facebook, a website, or any other way, you need to get written and signed permission from me prior to your first order.

I have the right to refuse any sale, per Etsy policy.

SHIPPING INFO
I am responsible for shipping to addresses provided. I only have the address you put on the order. If a package is lost or does not arrive in time due to an incorrect address, I am not responsible. If you want a replacement, you must place another order. If I get an order back because of a wrong address, there will be a $5.00 charge to re-send it. Once the order is shipped and in the hands of the USPS, I am not responsible for loss. If you want to insure the package, please contact me before ordering. All of our products are custom-made upon being ordered, and it is our goal to make and ship each item within 3-4 weeks. If you need something sooner, please contact me prior to placing the order. At this time, we are only able to ship orders within the United States. Because all of our items are made in Iowa, shipments sent to Iowa addresses will be charged Iowa sales tax. Other states now require sales tax to be collected and Etsy will handle that for us.


RETURN POLICY
Since these items are personalized we do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake when making the product. For example, spelled the name differently than what was on the order, or made the wrong design. Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

COLOR INFO
The color chart may appear differently on each computer. It is just a guideline and colors may not match perfectly. Each dye lot of yarn we get in does vary to some degree. This is something that we have no control over. The design and colors also will make a slight difference in sizing. If you would like to see samples of the yarn color, send me a self-addressed and stamped envelope with the list of colors you want to see. SIZING INFO
The hat sizes are preemie, newborn, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m, 2-4y, 5-8y, 9-12y and adult. The hats are designed to fit average child's head in the age group. If their head is larger or smaller, go up or down accordingly--keeping in mind when and how long you want it to fit. The design and yarn will make a slight difference in sizing. If in doubt, I would recommend going up a size since the child will grow into it.

I do not offer pom poms.
