Greek bohemia with a touch of whimsy

My work has always been inspired by nature, and Maslinda Designs grew from my love for the natural and cultural elements of the Cycladic Islands
I strive to make pieces that remind you of the sand at your feet, the sun on your skin and the sound of the sea.
Maslinda litterally means prettier and my aspiration is to make every woman wearing my creations feel beautiful and sophisticated. Maslinda Designs is a brand for the woman who lives life to the full and is not afraid to stand out.
I share my time between the remote (and very, very beautiful) Aegean island of Amorgos, the busy city of Athens and several places around the world.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

You can return unworn, unused, and undamaged items, in good condition for resale within 14 days after you receive your package to receive a full refund minus the shipping fees.
Please note that you will still be held responsible for return and/or exchange shipping charges.

All sales are final for earrings, discounted and custom made items so please purchase mindfully.
No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted after the 14 day period.
Unclaimed items that are returned to me can be resent to you (you will be responsible for any shipping fees) or can be exchanged for store credit only.

All my creations go through rigorous quality control before they are carefully packaged and sent to you. If however, you receive an item that appears to be faulty or damaged l please contact me immediately to arrange for an exchange, repair or refund.

I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item does not arrive after six weeks since shipment l can submit an inquiry form and if the item is indeed marked as lost and l am refunded l can then refund you in full or send you a new one. This procedure takes about 8 weeks but so far after 1000 sales, not a single item has been lost yet:)

I make every effort to describe and picture my work as accurately as possible.
Keep in mind that colors may vary from one screen to another, so if you have any additional questions or concerns l encourage you to contact me as many times as necessary, l am always happy to hear from you!

Payments are easily and safely processed via PayPal or direct checkout.
You can use your credit card or your Pay Pal account.
All payments must clear in full upon submitting your order, otherwise, the order will be canceled in three days.

Most items are ready to ship in 1-2 WEEKS unless otherwise mentioned.

Shipping to certain destinations such as South America, Africa or Asia might take longer due to transport and customs issues. Delivery times are only an estimation based on prior experience, l cannot in any way guarantee delivery on a specific date or be held responsible for delays in the post.

We use ELTA, the greek post office service for standard international shipping and UPS as an upgrade option for a faster, guaranteed date delivery.
ELTA:
I use recorded first class Air Mail and l get a tracking number for every item l ship. If you don't see your tr. number in your shipping notification shoot me a convo to send it to you.
You can use it to track your order through your country's national post office website in the "TRACK AND TRACE" section or through Etsy using the 'TRACK MY ORDER' feature. Kindly note it may take a few days for your tracking number to return any information. As items are sent with tracking you have to personally receive your order. Please keep an eye on any delivery attempt notifications as if a package is undeliverable, you will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Unclaimed items that are returned to me can be resent to you (you will be responsible for any shipping fees) or can be exchanged for store credit only

Care Instructions::
Bags: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not wash or dry clean
Jewelry: Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, creams etc. Avoid prolonged contact with water (swimming, showering etc). Gently wipe with a soft cloth to maintain good condition.
