Ready-made orders or sale items Inside European Union are covered by 14 days full exchange or return right from delivery date in accordance to the European Union distance purchasing act. Sale items will be accepted for 5 days of return after delivery date. If the item is returned late or damaged, we hold the right to not refund the item price.

If an item is custom made, customized or made upon order (please note that shop is run by individual not by a company), by EU law:
"The 14-day "cooling off" period does not apply, among others, to:
goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit;
goods bought from a private individual rather than a company"
Therefore all items made-to-order, customized orders or requests for special orders cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged. Please contact shop prior purchase to ensure perfect fir, color coordination, etc.

No returns on custom items.

Refund is made only after receiving the purchased item or items back.
Postage costs for returned items are non-refundable.

No returns/exchanges for outside EU customers.

A return order must be returned in it's original packaging and with original shipping notes which should be clearly visible. Please make sure to mark the parcel as “return”. If the rules are not followed for returning items, we hold the right to refuse a return or exchange. Garments for exchanges has to have all the original tags, labels, and has to be in original condition and packaging unworn and undamaged.

In case of return or exchange, you have to e-mail us 3 working days before you send it back with reason and photos (in case the item was damaged during shipping).

The cost of return is buyers responsibility.

Seller does not hold responsibility for losses.

Exchanges and returns can be based only on size indifferences. We do not accept returns based on color or shape of the garments.

Please be aware that colors can differ on different monitors and settings.

Etsy Direct Checkout is accepted.

Items are shipped within time written in shipping section, they may change based on holiday season.
Some items require longer processing times, than others, it will be stated in each listing details.

Rush order fee is available if an item needs to be made and shipped out at once (for custom made items only). Please convo before purchase about fees and shipping schedule.
Most mask orders are processed within 1 - 3 working days (if not stated otherwise) and shipped within time frame written below. Due to ongoing worldwide pandemic, it's possible that order can get delayed beyond estimated delivery.

EMS and couriers only available within European Union during the pandemic time. Available only if arranged via messages before purchase.

Shipping within EU are 5 to 28 working days. (Priority First Class)

Shipping overseas are 10 to 45 working days. (Priority First Class)

Your Etsy order will be sent to the address provided placing the order.

Custom Orders are processed within 3 to 10 working days, if not mentioned differently or not agreed differently. Sometimes it can be as less as few days, but please message the shop before if you need a custom item as rush order.

Rush order fee in busy season might be available upon request. Rush order means it will be processed as priority without line.

Other custom orders are made upon agreement. Times vary if some specific materials are needed.

Buyer is responsible for any custom charges.
