Hi! I’m Anneta, an artist living and working in Kiev, Ukraine.

Аll my life I worked as a chief accountant, but the birth of my daughter changed my life. In my 38 years, I began to draw and making jewellery. I draw for people joy. with love and best wishes.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you have any issues after receiving your purchase, please contact me immediately. Refunds will be granted in the case of mistakes in the listing or if an item was greatly misrepresented. I always want that every customer would be happy with my goods. Please read item description carefully before buying it. Please contact me as soon as possible if you do not feel pleased with the purchase before leaving negative feedback. Please note that colours might differ due to your monitor settings and it is not a reason to return the item.

Item must be returned within 14 DAYS after the buyer receives the item If you are not satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in original conditions without any physical changes with all of its components. We do not refund payment for delivery, only the cost of the product.

If you wish to cancel the transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there are non-refundable 9% and Paypal fees (for the USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30).

If your package mark as ''unclaimed'', it may be resent, or you may get a refund (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees) - just write me about it.

if you decide to send back your package You will get the money back after the package is returned to the seller. While returning parcel, please give the seller a tracking number.

If your order arrived damaged:
All the pieces I ship out are made, packed and shipped with the best care and possible attention. In case if your order arrived damaged we'll gladly offer a replacement if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving and send it back in 7 days for a replacement. There will be no charge for repairs and shipping back fee.

However, if was damaged by wear there will be a charge for materials & postage.

Payment should be within 48 hours of placing the order. I reserve the right to re-list any items not paid for after 4 days after the purchase date without prior notice.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

If the item is ready to ship I will send it within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

If the item is marked as made to order it will take up to 14 days to complete your item.

Please make sure that your PayPal and Etsy addresses are correct.

Items ship from Ukraine with AIR MAIL service 3-5 (14) business days after the payment is received. 

You will receive TRACKING NUMBER the same day. I am not responsible for any possible postage delays. Items not received over 5 weeks will be considered as lost, verify and recompense.

I will ship to the address you submitted at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct and "safe" to receive items. 

I do not ship on Sundays and Monday.

Normal delivery time out from Ukraine takes about:

U.S. - 10-30 days
U.K. - 7-15 days
Canada - 14-25 days
European Union countries - 9-15 days ( excluding Italy - 20-25 days )
Australia - 15-30 days
New Zealand - 13-25 days
South Africa - 20 days
Israel - 10-18 days
Japan - 7-12 days
Other countries - up to 25 days.

ATTENTION! Before Christmas, the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

--- Incorrect address ---
Items will be sent to the address registered on your Etsy account (► NOT your Paypal address). Please ensure that your Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by the buyer. Refund/re-delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.

--- Unclaimed package ---
Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore. buyer is encouraged to track your package progressively in the case of ► ‘Attempted Delivery’, that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, if the package gets the return to me as 'Unclaimed', re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by the buyer. Refund of the product amount (i.e. minus the shipping fee) can be arranged.

--- Lost package ---
It is rare that an order gets lost. Your patience is appreciated while waiting for the package. It might take a longer time if it is held at the customs. You should always contact your local post office to check on any attempted delivery.

You may contact me for investigation and I will submit your case to the post offices for inquiry. As these are cross boarder investigation, it may take 2 - 3 months for the post offices to come to the consensus on the resolution (lost/compensation). As I am not accountable for the lost package, any compensation is determined by the post offices and any refund/re-delivery will be made only upon confirmation from the post offices.

--- Cancellation ---
You may request for cancellation BEFORE shipment. Once order is registered with the post office, I will have no means to stop the package.
