Hi there! This is where you'll find the nitty gritty on how I run my shop. I've always had very enjoyable shopping experiences with Etsy sellers, and I hope to provide the same for you.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please - if you have any questions at all about an item, send me a convo prior to purchasing it.
Payment
I accept Paypal payments only. Payment is expected within three days of your purchase. If that presents a problem for you, please convo me prior to making a purchase.
Shipping
I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight and destination). A small fee for packaging is included in my shipping charges.

Postal insurance is optional at the buyer's discretion. Please contact me before payment if you want to include postal insurance, so I can adjust the invoice. I am not responsible for uninsured items that are damaged, lost, or stolen.

Your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated in the item description or shop announcement (for example, if I go on vacation).

Customers outside of the U.S.: Please be aware that customs issues/fees can arise, depending on where you live. I am not responsible for customs fees that result from your purchase. It is recommended that you inform yourself on applicable customs regulations for your country.
