I prefer payment by Paypal. All prices are in US Dollars, but Paypal will convert the price in Dollars to British Pounds or Euros automatically for you on payment.

Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal delivery addresses are the same. If you would like your item shipped to somewhere other than your billing address just convo me :)

Please pay as soon as possible after your order is placed, and no later than 24 hours if payment is for a custom order.

I ship within 3 business days after payment clears, usually the same or next day.

Purchases of more than one item will be shipped together and therefore the postage rate will be discounted.

All orders are sent First Class within the UK and by Airmail for the rest of the world. International Airmail normally takes 3-7 working days to arrive but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs etc. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

For custom orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery, though it will generally be sent out in less than 14.

If your order is especially important and parcel tracking is required, please contact me to discuss the revised postage charge.

All items are packed in tissue paper and in the case of brooches and necklaces, in small boxes to ensure the safety of your item while in transit.

If the item is a gift for someone else it can be gift wrapped with a personally written note tag. Please write in "message to sellers" what you would like written on the tag and any preference in the tissue paper colour.

I will ship to the address listed in your Etsy profile so please make sure it is correct. If a different delivery address is preferred please write it in "message to sellers".

An email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped out.
