Order will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 days.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Singapore:
- with estimated ►►► delivery time of 8 - 18 working days. Timeline may be extended due to weather, festive mailing, traffic/volume of individual post office, etc. Hence, I appreciate your patience during such situations. Most importantly, I appreciate your understanding that I do not have control over the post office administration. Please refer to below Singpost transition timeline for more details.

- via international registered airmail (with tracking number) within 3 working days upon receipt of payment (note that payment via eCheck will take longer time to clear, hence will prolong the delivery timeline)

- to the address registered on your Etsy account (► NOT your Paypal address). Please ensure that your Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by buyer. For USA shipping, to facilitate a more efficient shipping process, if possible, please provide the ZIP+4 code of your shipping address.

-- Packing --
Jewelry is packed in a pouch and is ready for give away as gift; and bubble wrapped to ensure sufficient cushioning.

-- Tracking --
I will email you the tracking number upon delivery and you may track your package online via my post office Singpost.com at the below link:

For USA and Canada address, tracking is available online via USPS and Canada Post

► I encourage you to track your package progressively in case of ‘Attempted Delivery’, that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, package will be returned to sender after unclaimed for a period of time and any re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by buyer.

►► IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM USPS (effective 1st August 2013):
USPS has announced that tracking information for Registered Articles (RA) into USA will no longer be available. Any enquiry on non-receipt can be raised only after 18 working days from posting date. Please let me know after this time period and I will submit an enquiry on your behalf. SingPost will check with USPS on the status of the item, and under the international postal agreement, USPS may take up to 60 days to reply from the date of enquiry. In the event of unfortunate postal transit lost, I can facilitate to raise all required compensation paper work. Please take note that each compensation process average 3-4 months from the date of enquiry.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise, all sales are considered final.
- I apologise that no refund is allowed.
- Please return the item in original state of receipt (return shipping cost will be borne by sender) for an exchange of the same item, or if not available, another item of the same amount. Refund will be reviewed only on a case-by-case basis.

--- Incorrect address ---
Items will be sent to the address registered on your Etsy account (► NOT your Paypal address). Please ensure that you Etsy address is correct and updated before check out as it is not possible to retrieve or stop the package once sent. Any refund/re-delivery fee due to incorrect/inaccurate address will be borne by buyer. Refund/re-delivery can only be done upon receipt of the returned package.

--- Unclaimed package ---
Items are sent by registered mail. Therefore. buyer is encouraged to track your package progressively in case of ► ‘Attempted Delivery’, that is, no one at the address to sign-off the package. In such cases, if the package gets return to me as 'Unclaimed', re-delivery fee under such circumstances will be borne by buyer. Refund of the product amount (i.e. minus the shipping fee) can be arranged.

--- Lost package ---
It is rare that an order gets lost. Your patience is appreciated while waiting for the package. It might take a longer time if it is held at the customs. You should always contact your local post office to check on any attempted delivery.

You may contact me for investigation and I will submit your case to the post offices for inquiry. As these are cross boarder investigation, it may take 2 - 3 months for the post offices to come to consensus on the resolution (lost/compensation). As I am not accountable for lost package, any compensation is determined by the post offices and any refund/re-delivery will be made only upon confirmation from the post offices.

--- Cancellation ---
You may request for cancellation BEFORE shipment. Once order is registered with the post office, I will have no means to stop the package.

-- Basic Jewelry Care --
To maintain the shine and jewelry from tarnishing:
> Store jewelry in airtight box or bag (or better both) and dry wipe jewelry with a soft cloth after use
► Keep jewelry from contact with moisture such as water, perfume, etc. (i.e. no direct spray of perfume and no swimming/bathing with jewelry, etc)
> Do not polish with silver polishing cloth
