Second String Press is a small, independent publisher, producing chapbooks and zines of collage and poetry as well as handmade badges and occasional prints. It is an extension of my own practice of making handbound artist books and reproductions of collected diagram poems.

What's a diagram poem? Poetic piecharts and other non-mathematical, unscientific, allusive and ambiguous diagrams annotated with words and phrases cut from old books. Often these are also collaged on paper from the same old books: the end pages, blank pages between chapters and the discoloured hardback covers.

Projects in the pipeline include a collage zine, editions of artist's publications and a compendium of the best informal poetry to be found on social media.
