Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
if you are unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be issued upon the return. returns must be unused and in original state.
Payment
payment is required within three days.
Shipping
i do my best to combine shipping and to ship within three days of payment. shipping usually takes 4-10 working days from new zealand to the rest of the world. it has been known to take longer though.

please note: i do not ship packaging slips unless asked. let's save some trees.
Additional policies and FAQs
oop! i did it again. is a line of fiber where i make a mistake. either i forget what fiber i am dyeing, forget what colors i have used or simply it just didn't come out right. usually, it's a one off. there is never an issue with the quality of fiber used unless i made a note of it in the listing.
