Delayed payment requests

We will answer requests for delayed payment or "reserves" on a case by case basis

Money Orders and Personal Checks

Bank money orders and personal checks are accepted. They require a bank mandated 7-10 day clearance period before the item will be shipped. We will notify customer via email prior to shipping.

Sales Tax

Customers with mailing addresses within the State of Illinois are responsible for 6.75% sales tax

Insurance

Items will be insured either via USPS or third party insurers. Items less than $15 in value will be insured only upon request

Combined shipping

Multiple items purchased by the same customer will have shipping costs re-calculated to estimate cost for one package with multiple items.

Foreign Orders

Some items are not available for international sales. Cost of shipping may not include the option of first class international rates. All foreign shipments will be insured by third party insurers at the cost of the customer. The estimated arrival times for foreign shipments are estimated as between 1-4 weeks.

Damaged Upon Arrival

Items that arrive damaged will require photos of the damage to the item and to the packaging. Damaged items will require request for reimbursement as stated in the policies of the insurer. Damaged items need not be returned to sender, but may require additional documentation by the buyer, per insurer policies, before reimbursementn can be accorded.
