USPS shipping times average 4-7 days from our beautiful islands so please plan accordingly! Please see your guaranteed shipping date (this is the date it will leave our studio NOT the day it will arrive to you) in the listing and cart to be sure it meets your time frame.
Shipping upgrades are available in your cart. USPS rarely pays any claim for damage so I highly recommend adding the Etsy insurance as it takes just 1 week and no trips to the Post Office. The Etsy insurance is through a private contractor and is very reliable.**
Orders can not be refunded due to failure to read the clearly posted turn around times as design work often begins the same day.
Each listing, listing photos, your cart and your receipt have your guaranteed shipping day listed on them for your ordering convenience.
If you need your order quicker than the standard posted turn around time (you see that in the listing, in the listing photos, in your cart and on your receipt) please send me a message to see if its possible to get it by your needed date BEFORE ordering. Remember, our shop is in Hawaii and shipping from the islands generally takes a day or so longer.
Turn around times are amply and clearly posted for your planning convenience.
We proudly use top quality White Birch cabinetry grade wood (not hardware store plywood), glues and stains along with our Thunder Nova and Fiber Laser to create each item you see in our shop in Kapaa, HI.

Sizing details
Each listing has art size provided for your convenience. When listing sizes I always round down...ie 16.25” I’d put as 16”. As always, I am available, via convo, should you need further assistance.
Care instructions
All of our products are made with quality woods and sealed for indoor use.
If placing outdoors seal with a good polycrylic sealer. These are available in a spray and you will need to apply it on the entire piece- two layers minimum.
Signs being used outdoors should not be left in direct weather...ie please don’t place where water runs directly on it or harsh sun beats on it all day long.
Occasionally reseal your outdoor signs with a good quality sealant. This will extend the life of your product and keep water from entering the layers.
Your item is made to be used so enjoy it!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All packages are sent via USPS either First Class or Priority Mail. USPS claims take approximately 4-8 weeks so I highly recommend adding the Etsy add on insurance available at checkout.
How Soon Should My Order Arrive?
Please see the shop announcements! Generally our turn around time runs about 3-5 days but can run quicker or longer depending on the time of the year. During busy holiday season expect USPS delays of up to 3 weeks. I do update and keep a current turn around time posted in the shop announcements section.
Remember... that is the time for your item to leave our studio, USPS still needs to get the item to you. Always plan ahead.
Wood Warping
Wood warping is a natural event that can happen during transit based on conditions and how the packages are handled (ie a heavier box leaning on your box etc.). While we do a great job at packing the boxes many of them go through multiple climates reaching you and therefore pickup heat and moisture in transit. Should your product arrive a bit warped it is easily remedied. Simply use your packing box or bubble wrap as protection on top then place a heavy object (we like things like large 16oz cans or bottles of water or even a few books) on top for a few days and you will see it flatten back out.
Most of the time the warping is so minimal its barely noticeable.
