Welcome to MavenFreshhhhhh!!

This is the first step in our online shopping experience. Here you will find varied items for sale. Some items are in-stock and ready to ship, while others are custom made and will require a 2-3 weeks waiting period. Either way, the pictures you see are accurate representations of what you will receive, unless otherwise noted. (We like to use hand-dyed yarn often so colors may vary slightly from the picture.) When in doubt, please ask us questions!!

Returns and exchanges
We would love you to love your MF item, but if for some reason it doesn't work for you, we will accept returns (with notification first) within 5 days of receiving the order. We are happy to refund the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping of any item returned in its original condition after such notification. Custom orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that Final Sale items are not returnable.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal which allows us to accept all major credit cards. All payments should be made within 24 hours of ordering an item or the order will be considered incomplete and the item re-listed. This policy goes for both in-stock and custom-made orders. (Production on custom orders will not begin if payment is not completed.)
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York State.
Shipping
Shipments will be sent via Priority Mail unless stated otherwise. For in-stock items, you can expect your item to ship 3-5 days after the completed order. Ship time varies for custom orders and we will inform you via email regarding the approximate wait time.

Inernational Orders:
PLEASE NOTE: Your country may impose an import fee on shipments. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any extra fees charged by postal services outside of the U.S.A. Please contact your country's postal service if you have any questions about import fees. We also cannot be held responsible for lost items due to an incorrect or incomplete address, so be sure to enter your address correctly please.
