Rusty, Crusty, Dusty…My Thing
I didn't stand a chance of not learning about vintage items and the art of recycling. My mom is shop curator at Casa Karma Decor and I went along on most of her vintage shopping jaunts to scout around for vintage shop items. As a result, I have learned a lot about vintage items and learned to have a true appreciation for old things and items that are discarded. Every vintage piece that gets recycled back into the mainstream is a little bit of history. All pieces have a story, whether I know the backstory or not, I truly have an appreciation for each vintage piece.
This is the beginning of my journey and this is my shop collection of rusty, crusty, dusty vintage items that have served a purpose in its previous life. Thanks for visiting Maxs Uniquities.
Recycling is my thing. I repurpose & save vintage pieces to help Save the Earth. Industrial, steampunk, masculine, man cave, vintage finds are my specialty. Etsy provides a creative outlet while I attend Luthier school (I build string instruments).

Jiji is my cat & shop assistant has "hamburger patty" paws. Jiji is a polydactyl cat with 7 toes on his front left paw and 6 toes on his front right paw. His extra toes comes in handy when fixing things. My rescue cat lives the good life with me.

CHICAGO/LOCAL SHIPPING: Local Chicagoland customers are welcome to pick up their items at a mutually agreed upon delivery date/time.
CHICAGO/LOCAL DELIVERY: Items can be delivered within a 30-mile radius of Chicago, for a delivery fee. Please ask! Local delivery will be made at a mutually agreed upon delivery date/time.
GREYHOUND SHIPPING: Greyhound Package Express (GPX) is economical shipping for large, bulky items. Bus terminal to bus terminal shipping; your item will travel aboard a Greyhound bus as cargo. GPX will contact recipient, via phone, upon item arrival. GPX requires that items are picked up within 3 business days of items' arrival. Please provide your phone number on your Etsy invoice under "Notes to Seller" section. Buyer is responsible for contacting GPX directly for shipping damage claims and GPX may require buyer to return item to GPX for damage inspection.

Refunds and Exchanges
RETURN FOR ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT: Please contact MAXS UNIQUITIES via Etsy Convo or mbanclan1 [!at] gmail.com prior to returning your item or prior to leaving shop feedback.
Please carefully inspect your item(s) upon delivery and contact MAXS UNIQUITIES within 3 days of receipt of items damaged during transit. Buyer shall contact MAXS UNIQUITIES with return instructions prior to returning item(s). *Returned items must be returned, in original condition, within 10 days from initial seller discussion regarding return instructions. Please note that buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, except in case of damage.

Items damaged during transit, will be considered after submitting multiple item photo(s) of damaged item(s) to MAXS UNIQUITIES at mbanclan1 [!at] gmal.com.
Buyer is responsible for returning items in original and unaltered condition as photographed/listed in Etsy listing. Buyer shall be responsible for insurance loss claims if returned item is damaged during return transit to seller.
