Returns Policy

At MaybeeBaby each item is carefully handcrafted with love and upmost attention right down to the stem. In the event that you receive an item from us that is damaged, we will happily refund you.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds due colour or size issues as reasonable grounds to refund so please ensure your soon-to-be purchase is thoroughly checked before proceeding to checkout.

Care instructions

Our felt items require some TLC from time to time but due to each piece being delicate we’ve gave you some tips to keep them looking fresh and as good as the day you received them:

• Use a dry cloth to lightly wipe over the felt to get rid of any dust and debris. Scotch tape also works as good, but please be careful using this method not to apply too much pressure.

• Do not apply water or detergent to the felt as this will cause instant discolour and may change the form.

•These items are for display use only and NOT suitable to be in children’s reach so please display in suitable areas away from little hands!
