Announcement    Welcome to the Maybird Jewelry Etsy Shop!

Everything you see here are original designs handmade by myself in my home workshop in Truckee, California. In addition to a variety of beaded jewelry styles, I specialize in making earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, and dreamcatchers from recycled bike parts. The majority of the pieces in my shop are one-of-a-kind and repurposed from other pieces of jewelry. All recycled bike parts I use to make jewelry and dreamcatchers is donated by local bike shops, friends, and even from my own adventures out riding around! Bike parts used to create my designs include both mountain and road bike inner tubes, bike chains, old brake wire, chain rings, pedals, reflectors, and more!

My beaded earring designs include a variety of beads including those made of glass, wood, ceramic, shell, metal, and various gemstones. I also use many beads, chains, and charms from old vintage or costume jewelry and repurpose them to help create unique one-of-a-kind pairs of earrings. All designs are original and include a variety of colors, shapes, and lengths. Custom orders are always welcome, and I will be happy to work with you to make that perfect pair of earrings, necklace, or bracelet. Dreamcatchers can also be personalized with specific charms, stones, initials, or other special items to make it special to you or for a special gift. They make great gifts for a special occasion such as a wedding, new baby, birthday, or anniversary.
