Payment
Cancellations need to be made within 4 hours of purchase. After 4 hours, you can no longer cancel or receive a refund on your order.
Shipping
Shipping is generally via USPS First Class Mail. If the package does not qualify for First Class due to size or weight, shipping is generally upgraded to USPS Priority Mail.
RUSH Processing upgrade is typically a 1-3 day turnaround on embroidery, with an upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.
I often will reuse shipping boxes for larger orders to do a small part for the environment. If you’d prefer a new shipping box, please just say the word!
