Shop policies
1. techniques used are traditional, high standard craftsmanship is my first aim. Therefore prices often are not as humble as I would them to be.
2. only hand polishing is used.
3. genuine gemstones, set properly to last life long.
4. traditional seats for the pearls with a swivel inside.
5. metals are sterling silver, 14K and 18K gold
6. jewelry is marked only with personal hallmark
7. all the chains and clasps are hand made
MAİNTENANCE:
For tarnishing problem on silver, do keep your silver jewelry in plastic bag and wash with mild soap and soft brush when needed. (when required, use good quality silver polish)
Oxidizing can be worn off, if you contact me I can describe you how to re-achieve it.
Make sure you are not wearing your stone set rings when washing your hands. Prevent your stone set jewellery from dropping to the floor.

Payment
I accept PayPal for the international orders and you can use this option without being registered to PayPal. Just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card!
Turkish customers are welcome to choose "Other" as a payment option and they'll receive my bank details in the "note to the customer" part.
Payment transactions should be completed in three business days after the purchase
Shipping
I use registered Turkish Post Airmail.
I always ship within two days after the transaction.
In multiple purchases shipping fee charged only for the first item.
I can’t take the responsibility for losses but always thoughtfully pack to avoid any damages during the transaction.
Priority mail with a tracking number for your purchases higher than 150$
