I take great pride in my work and I hope that you love the things I make for you. Due to the individual nature of each product sold, I do not issue refunds, but will consider returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please just let me know by email.

Because mayyoke handmade takes great care in making sure all packages are sent with delivery notification, I take no responsibility for lost or stolen items. I'll hunt it down for you; and if we can't find it- we'll figure something out! However, if something is broken, or damaged, please notify me kindly within 10 days of delivery to rectify the situation. Notification after 14 days of delivery is considered void.

Please make arrangements to pay as soon as possible. If you need more than a few days, please let me know. PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Communication is the key.

RUSH ORDERS: I'm always willing to fill rush orders as time allows, but due to time constraints it usually costs a bit extra. If you are in need of a rush order, please convo me to check on availability.

CUSTOM SHOWER BOUQUETS: Since materials are provided by you from your showers and opened gifts up front, please keep in mind the time it takes for delivery to and from in addition to the time it takes to handcraft your specialty item. Please place your order a minimum of two weeks in advance. If there are time constraints- I will do my best to work something out for you. I can only do so much until I receive your gift wrappings and ribbons etc.

CUSTOM ORDERS: For all other custom items, if you are trying to match an existing piece, I have found the best way to color match is via paint sample from the local hardware store. Message me the Brand, color and number, and I can run out to my local store and find the sample to match. All custom orders are case by case so pricing may vary.

Please allow 2-3 days for packaging and processing. Seller ships only after full payment has been received and cleared. All packages are sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Notification and tracking.

Please message me to request a different method of shipping i.e. FedEx or UPS. Rates reflect an average of my costs.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

I reduce by reusing and recycling as much as I can, including my shipping materials and boxes. If you prefer brand new packaging please message me and let me know! I will do what I can to accommodate your needs.

Need it gift wrapped!?! No problem!! Let me know in the notes section when placing your order. Please specify colors, male or female, or any other special requests. If increased charges apply, you will be notified for payment prior to shipping.
