Welcome to MBOI - Sister shop of Makinthebestofit.
I am a mom of 2 boys aged 6 and 8 and I returned to college after years of trying to decide what to be when I grew up! My art is what grounds me at the end of the day.
I love the idea of keeping an ancient art alive. Chainmail (Chainmaille) is one of those arts that should not be allowed to fade away. I work from raw wire and hand cut my rings before weaving them into intricate designs that are different and fun to wear.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Returns will be accepted. Refunds or exchanges will be sent once I have received the original purchase back in it's original condition. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
Payment
I happily accept PayPal, RME, personal checks (domestic only) and money orders. If you choose to pay by personal check, your order will not ship until the full payment has cleared my account. This process can take anywhere from 5-10 days. After payment has cleared, your new treasure will be on it's way.

I will happily put your dream piece away from other buyers for a 25% down deposite and a monthly payment agreement that will be worked out on a case by case basis. If you are interested in lay a way, convo me with the piece you are interested in and we will work out the arrangements to fit your needs.

Shipping
Shipping is usually within 48 hours, if not sooner. If there is an unforseen delay in shipping your purchase, I will be more than happy to email you and let you know.
Your new treasure will be be boxed and then carfully packed in a padded mailer. These will then be shipped first class with delivery confirmation.
While I do try to be as accurate as possible, the shipping is not always exact. If you are overcharged for shipping, I will be happy to refund the difference to your account.

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are always encouraged. If you see a pattern you like, but would like it in a different metal or size, let me know and I will be happy to give you a price and a general idea on the amount of time the order will take to complete. I do require a 50% nonrefundable deposite on special orders with the balance due at completion and prior to shipping.
