I purchased this item as a gift and was a bit concerned it wasn’t long enough after seeing it in person. The seller was prompt in replying to my message regarding the potential to order a chain extender or also let me know that there is an option to send it back and it could be made longer so the extender wouldn’t show. Awesome experience, would order again and recommend to others!

Marie-Claude Décarie...
Born and raised in Oka, Quebec, Canada; I still live by the water in front of the Oka Marina. Sailing has always been a big part of my life. I practically grew up on a sailboat.
I discovered in 2006 the work of metalsmith jewelry and I was hooked. I like forging and transforming metal into authentic, always impeccably finished jewelry. My nautical inspiration never wavers, it is at the root of my work.
In June 2009 I completed a College Diploma from the Jewellery School of Montreal (ÉJM). Only a few weeks later I opened my own jewelry studio with a colleague: L’Atelier de Joaillerie l’Alliage. I had the opportunity to expose my jewelry at exhibitions and sell my jewelry in different boutiques until December 2010.
In 2011, after my first child was born I moved my studio at home and officially opened my ETSY shop in January 2012.
My Etsy shop now established, I quit my day job and opened my own studio-boutique in Oka in May 2015.
I design and manufacture all my products in my studio. I manage every part of my little business, from design to marketing, pictures, Etsy shop, customer service and shipment.
With the studio-boutique and the Etsy shop running, my lover Charles quit is job in construction to join the team and work full time in jewelry making.
In business for 12 years, my priority is to offer a great customer service and great quality products.

If you order a ring but the size doesn’t fit, it is always possible to make a ring size adjustment.
You can visit your local jewelry shop to have them resize your ring, or you can send it back to us for a re-size. Charges may apply; shipping is at your charges.
Care instructions
Sterling silver can go yellow or tarnish with time, it is a normal phenomenon when exposed to air. The best way to maintain your jewels clean is to wear them! It will protect their shine and some daily precautions will keep them beautiful and clean longer! Since most of my sterling silver jewellery is already oxidised you shouldn’t need to do anything special to keep them the way they are.
I always include silver care information with the package.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Every item is delivered in a gift pouch or jewelry box. I do not include invoice since they can be printed from your account, except for France and Germany.
Gift package: you can add a note or message with the package, just mention it with the order.
Return for size adjustment
It is possible to return an item for a size adjustment. You don’t need to communicate with me before you return it, but you must include the following information with the return: ORDER NUMBER, NEW SIZE and RETURN ADDRESS.
Once I receive the package I will send a separate invoice for shipping and size adjustment fee. The fee will vary from 0 to 25% of the item value, because in some case I need to completely re-do the item.

Non-delivery policy
We always do our best to meet the manufacturing delay and ship them on time. But once an item is marked as shipped, it is out of our hands. We know shipping delays can occur and are frustrating, but please be patient as they are much more frequent than lost package. Our lost package policy applies only after 30 business days in Canada and USA, 40 business days in other countries. If you haven’t received your package 30 business days after the item was mark as shipped, we will offer to ship a new one at our charges or offer a complete refund. Thank you for your patience.
