Returns and exchange details

All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Shipping will not be refunded.

Payment

At this time, we are receiving PayPal, credit and debit cards, and Etsy gift cards as a method of payment. A payment in full is expected in order to ship the items. Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

Shipping

The MCsupplies shop encourages you to check your Etsy and PayPal address to make sure they are correct.

The MCsupplies shop will ship your items via USPS First Class Mail and send out within 1 or 2 days after your payment has cleared. Custom orders may take a little bit longer. The US is the standard shipping rate. Shipping times vary, so I can not guarantee a delivery date!

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We are responsible for your purchase from the moment you buy an item until it reaches the Post Office. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We highly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please convo me before you place the order. Insurance is to protect against loss or damaged during shipping. If you choose not to buy the insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All Insurance Claims are filed online and handled by U-PIC Insurance Services.

International Customers: in some countries, there may be customs charges associated with your shipment. We will not be responsible for these charges.

For International Orders, we ship USPS first class international. We cannot provide a tracking number, but from our experience, the arrival time is 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
