Hello, thank you for visiting my shop! The pieces you will find here are inspired by the magic of nature. I am forever influenced by the beauty in this world, & love incorporating foraged materials from the sprawling WY property where I reside. Each piece I make is created with great love, and I hope to inspire the same sense of beauty & wonder for the world that lifts me up, in all who view my work:)

I've been painting ever since I was little & people have always told me I should really do something with my talent. While I got accepted into the prestigious Art Institute of Chicago with one of the biggest scholarships available, my family still could not afford it. As my peers went off to fancy art schools I worked 5 jobs to pay my way through business classes at a community college, but dropped out after a year to work in the National Parks, taking breaks to travel the country & tour through Europe on a solo backpacking trip from Turkey to Norway. I waitressed in the parks for several years, jumping from Glacier NP, to the Grand Canyon, & spent many seasons in Oregon at Crater Lake, where I eventually met my husband.

I thought I would always be a nomadic waitress & didn't want to pursue my hobby as a career, assuming myself incapable of managing the business side of things- and I feared losing my passion for art if it became a job...but lo & behold, years later I am living on such bountiful, inspiring lands and realizing that I am eager to learn, & more than capable of doing this. Ready to leave my days in the service industry behind, I am excited to be doing this full time & to see where it takes me!
