Le taglie si basano sulle calzate (create con regole tecniche testate da anni) delle nostre scarpe. Ogni calzata è diversa, dipende da diversi fattori, il più importante è la scelta della forma con cui creare la scarpa, quindi non possono essere comparate taglie con altre scarpe già acquistate perché ogni produttore di scarpe lavora con le sue calzate.

Non accettiamo resi o rimborsi perché le calzature sono su ordinazione, contattateci qui su Esty o al maurizidesign@gmail.com per la nostra guida misure per evitare problemi di calzata.
Ad eccezione di difetti di produzione, come ad esempio cuciture rotte o pellame danneggiato ( strappato o lacerato).
In questo caso possiamo cambiare le scarpe facendone un paio nuovo o rimborsando la cifra ma il cliente dovrà provare che il prodotto è arrivato da lui già danneggiato, una cosa un po' strana e rara quando una scarpa viene fatta su ordinazione appositamente per una persona.
Non siamo responsabili in caso di vostro errore nella scelta delle taglie, prima di effettuare un ordini consigliamo di usare la guida misure.

La spedizione è con Corriere SDA Espresso, che comprende il tracciamento.

E' essenziale un vostro numero di telefono per la consegna perchè sarete contattati lì. Non effettueremo la spedizione fino al ricevimento del numero.

Per calzature già create spediremo entro 3 o 4 giorni dalla data di acquisto, esclusi i fine settimana e i giorni festivi.

Calzature su ordinazione richiedono circa 4 o 6 settimane lavorative in aggiunta al tempo di spedizione.

I tempi di lavorazione dei sandali sono circa 3 o 4 settimane lavorative

Il vostro ordine verrà inviato all'indirizzo che avete inserito nella fattura Etsy.

Attualmente le personalizzazioni possibili sono i colori e la tipologia di cuoio: cuoio fiore o crosta cuoio.
Contattateci e se possibile saremo felici di accontentare le vostre richieste.
Un' altra tipologia di personalizzazione sono i fuori misura e sotto misura, i costi per questo servizio e tempi di lavorazione variano in base alla tipologia di scarpe scelta, contattateci per informazioni.

Sizes are on our shoe width ( fit created with traditional technical shoe rules tested by years ) , every fit is different, it depends on several factors, the most important is the choice of the shoe last, so it can't be made size comparisons with other shoes already bought because every shoe maker works in different ways.

Except in cases of manufacturing defects such as seams broken or damaged leather (snatched or torn). In this case we can change the shoes and make another one or refund but the customer must prove that the product has come from him already damaged, what a little strange and rare on made to order shoes, when it is done a piece specifically for a single person.

Our is a small workshop and everything is made to order by hand.
