This locket was never received. The seller never replied to my inquiries. And worse yet as I read the reviews this is an ongoing issue with this seller. I wonder not only about the ethics of this seller but of Etsy. Disappointed Nancy Monroe

This gets zero stars, truly. Never received the necklace nor heard from MDsparks when I asked why it hadn't shipped after 6 days. I read the reviews AFTER I purchased the item. I called my credit card company and got a refund. 1. Why in the hell has Etsy not kicked this shop off of here? 2. Why the hell would Etsy ask me to review an item I never received? Unbelievable!!

I’d suggest avoiding this seller. Never shipped my order, wouldn’t return any messages, refunded my money only after I filed a complaint.

The necklaces for my mother in-law took longer to get because it was sent to the wrong post office. It just took a little longer for her to receive it. She was happy though! 🙂

This item never arrived after I purchased it, and the seller never contacted me to advise what happened. Etsy got involved and did issue me a full refund. Such a shame--it was the sweetest unique necklace.
