Returns and exchange details
All orders can be returned, unused and in original packaging, for up to 30 days to receive a full refund. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If, during shipping or regular wear, a piece is damaged or breaks, return the piece at any time for free repair service or a new piece.

Sterling silver can tarnish over time, but buffing with a soft cotton jewelry cloth, treating with silver jewelry cleaner, or keeping jewelry enclosed in a cloth or sealed plastic bag will keep your pieces looking shiny and new.
