Beautiful necklaces!! Greatly detailed! The charms are amazing by the way. Super small and minimal. Love them. Only downside is that the chain is too fragile. Mine broke and I have had the difficulty of finding another one that fits the charms.

• Single Orders: Single item orders will be ready for shipment within 2-3 business days.
• Multiple Item / Bridal Orders: Please allow 2-8 business days for multiple item / bridal orders. Production time depends on the number of items ordered and materials I have on hand- However, I do my best to forecast demand and keep an adequate amount of materials on hand.

--- I print all shipping labels directly from Etsy with the shipment information that you enter at checkout. Please be sure to double check that the address you have entered on your Etsy account is correct, this is the address that I will ship your package to unless you request otherwise through a documented Etsy message.

-- Every piece of jewelry is gift wrapped in a cotton filled jewelry box and tied with a ribbon- Ready for gift giving or as a special treat to yourself! Each wrapped piece of jewelry is shipped in a cardboard shipping box that I fill with tissue paper to minimize shaking / shifting during the shipment process.

--- Once orders have been accepted / scanned into the system by USPS I no longer have control over the package or transit time. However, I check all of my order's delivery status weekly to ensure that USPS has fulfilled the delivery sucessfully. In the rare case of a lost package, I will work with you, my post office and your local post office to locate the package / resolve the situation.

--- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Overall I have been very pleased with international shipping times, however, there is a chance that international shipments may get hung up in customs / in the recipient's home country. Please consider this when purchasing an item for a certain date or event. I am not able to guarantee international delivery times. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties or taxes that may be required depending on the recipient country and the value of the item(s) purchased. I will fill out all customs forms honestly and will not misrepresent the value of the items being shipped or label them as something that they aren't to avoid charges - This is dishonest and illegal, please do not ask me to do this.

My number one priority is to ensure that you are completely pleased with your order. I take great care to create each and every piece with as much care and quality as I would if I were gifting the item to my own loved ones and will not ship an item that I myself would not be 100% happy to receive myself.

However, I want you to absolutely love your order- so if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason you may send it back to me for a full refund minus shipping costs (unless there was an error on my part) All returns must be within 5 days of receiving the item, include all original packaging and must not have been worn / used. Please be sure to contact me before returning.

Custom / Personalized / Hand Stamped Orders: Due to the nature of custom, personalized, and hand stamped items, not all items can be returned unless there was an error on my fault. However, I still want you to be completely pleased with your purchase so please be sure to contact me for a resolution.

--- Alterations ---
If after receiving your item you decide that you would like an alteration such as a length increase / decrease, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item to discuss the alteration. If I am able to accommodate the alteration request, I will be happy alter your piece for a small fee of $3 to cover shipping costs.
