The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Returns and exchange details
If you I send you a mug/coaster you did not order, or if an item arrives broken, please send me a message via Etsy with a picture attached for proof WITHIN 48 HOURS, and I will happily replace your mug!
If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. I am not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.
Payment
Please make payment at time of purchase. If there is no communication or payment within 48 hours, the item will be re-listed and the sale canceled.
