Returns and exchanges
Please contact me if there are any issues that come up - we can try and resolve them, as I want you to be happy and love your jewellery!
Please note however that there may be health issues with the return of earrings, and there may be a charge for the cost of the actual hooks as I cannot resell any that may have been worn.
Generally, I can exchange or refund, if the items are faulty, or do not match the item description.
If the item arrives damaged, please send me a photo and I will do my best to make up for this.
Payment
I accept Paypal for International Customers.

Please make sure when using Paypal that your address in Etsy and in Paypal match up, otherwise I will have to wait to post your goodies till I receive a confirmation about which address to use, boo!

Aussie Customers - you may choose PayPal or Direct Debit as your payment option. For Direct Debit, just pick "other" as your payment method and let me know via convo or sellers notes. I can then let you know details.
Shipping
I will post your item(s) to you as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed.

If you are purchasing more than one item, please feel free to convo me regarding the cost of combining shipping.

I try to use clean, recycled packaging as often as possible. Please convo me if you require brand new stuff.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
