Be advised white gold jewelry purchases won’t actually be white (as advertised in the picture) but will be instead tinged yellow (as happens with white gold unless rhodium plated). The posting does not explain to expect variations in color of white gold nor does it explain that the jeweler does not do rhodium plating. When contacted the jeweler repeatedly responded with a clearly impatient and flippant attitude regarding my concerns. I understand that the seller does not accept returns but also was unwilling to offer an exchange even though the item is lacking clear description to guide purchasers expectations. I now have a brand new ring that I have to spend more money on to get it to look actually white and not yellow. In summary: Great craftsmanship. Garbage service. Biggest Disappointment = sentimental value of ring soured.
