5 out of 5 starsI love this item. It’s so cute and perfect for Halloween. The mug is cute and looks like the picture, but be aware the picture is made of decals so do not put this in the dishwasher.

The nose in the design is not chipped, that's just how it is designed and cut. The sticky stuff on the bottom is most likely from the manufacturers sticker label. I do my best to satisfy customers, but, unfortunately, I can't do anything to resolve an issue when I don't get contacted about a problem.

This is very sticky adhesive professional vinyl. It doesn't just lift up easily and I never ship it until I know it is perfectly in place.

1 out of 5 starsSeller does not comunicate well. I asked her status of my order and she never replied. A day later I got a notification that a shipping label was created. When my package arrived I was very disappointed with the quality and honestly felt I could not done a better job myself. Its not worth buy.

Status of orders ship by dates are specified at checkout. If I responded to everyone's "when is my item shipping message" I wouldn't be able to get anything done. As far as the quality, I'm sorry you feel that way. Glitter mugs are a process of multiple layers. You could have messaged me about your concerns and I would have figured out a way to rectify the situation.
