    Returns and exchanges
    Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me so we can rectify the situation.
    If there is a fault with the product I will happily replace the item however as many of the items are custom made I cannot refund simply for a change of mind.
    Payment
    I accept Direct Deposit/ Internet transfer for all Australian buyers and for everyone else PayPal or Direct Checkout are the preferred methods of payment.
    Shipping
    I ship to ALL AREAS INTERNATIONALLY - not just Australia.

    I do not always include international shipping prices on each item as the cost varies very significantly from country to counrty.
    I will find the most cost effective way to get your parcel to you - wherever you may live. Just convo me and we can go from there.

    All items will be dispatched via Australia Post within 7 working days (depends on drying/curing time for custom orders) of payment being received. I will let you know when your package is on its way.

    As a guide international delivery time is about 10 days from time of posting.
