5 out of 5 starsThis Is exactly as pictured. It’s soft and malleable and also as soon as you put books/laptop in it, it’s protective. The only thing I wish is if it had a top handle. It does not show that in the picture so this is not deceiving at all. I love it so much. 10/10 would buy again.

The fact that it came from the United States to Europe: in addition to the tax and shipping costs, which were as much as the value of the product, the order was stuck at customs, and I even had to pay more to clear it. It was very expensive!
