medleydesigns' Shop Policies

Welcome

Thank you for taking the time to get to know my shop policies. I hope these guidelines will help our relationship be a mutually positive one. My items for sale are all made by me with great care and attention to detail and because each creation is made by hand, each one is unique. I take pleasure in making each piece special for you. It is my hope that once you purchase an item, you will find joy in it too, and our relationship will continue to grow!

Payment

I accept payments via PayPal. Payment can be made via PayPal using a credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.

Shipping

I will ship via Canada Post within 2 business days after payment is received. Shipping is available internationally. Expect delivery in 2 to 9 days within Canada, and 4 to 12 days within the US (as per Canada Post website information). Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge—please send me a message via Etsy's "conversation" tool if this is your wish. Recycled packaging in good condition may be used upon occasion, as it is important to me to reduce waste when I can.

***Shipping fees will be refunded for those who live in the Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada area IF:
1. You notify me upon checkout that you intend to pick up your purchase from me. (I will contact you to arrange a time, etc..)
2. The purchase is picked up within one week of transaction.
If items are NOT picked up within one week of purchase, they will be shipped to you at the stated shipping price.***

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item is in original condition, I will accept returns when you notify me of your intention and return it to me within 30 days of purchase. I will refund the total price of sale once the item is returned and inspected, but you must pay return shipping fees. I cannot offer refunds for any shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in transit), however, I will package your purchase so that it will travel as safely as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcomed although time frame for completion must be negotiated. Feedback will be gladly received.
