I started making jewelry when I was 14. I took a summer workshop in fabric embellishment and then figured out that I could use some of those same techniques to make wearable art. I have refined my techniques over the years. I've worked at a beading store, a knitting store, and a bookstore. I've worked in theater and I've traveled. Everything I've done has fed into my designs.
