Missouri residents will be charged an additional sales tax.

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. If you can not make the payment within the required time frame, contact me to discuss your options. If I do not receive communication within 3 days of purchase, your order will be cancelled and may result in negative feedback.

For custom orders, the total price is required to be paid via Paypal or personal check (which is only accepted after request by convo approval) before work begins on your piece. Please allow 7 business days for the creation of your custom item before shipment.
Shipping
To aid in quicker domestic shipping time, I often check for the additional 4-digit code of your zip code.

Packages ship from Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.
All domestic packages ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail with delivery confirmation; First Class International outside U.S.

Shipping upgrades are available at an addtional fee and quotes are available by request through Convos (in the shop, click "Contact Seller") before payment.

Items are placed in a box with extra padding inside a bubble envelope to arrive safely and undamaged.

To guarantee the safe arrival of your package, you should request INSURANCE and/or additional TRACKING. Missing or damaged orders cannot be replaced without one of these options. If you would like insurance/tracking, please contact me before payment for the additional cost(s). Packages confirmed as delivered by USPS will not be replaced.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Buyer is responsible for their country's customs/VAT fees. I will not mark the item(s) as "gift" on the customs form.

Refunds and Exchanges
For refunds or exchanges, please contact me (meero.etsy@gmail.com) within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Provide the reason for refund/exchange and your USPS insurance, delivery confirmation, or tracking number. Replacement items can not be shipped and/or purchase price can not be refunded until the original item is returned.
