Communication is almost non-existant and if you get one at all it is very slow in coming. I purchased a walking stick on Nov. 22. I got an automatic message with invoice stating..."enjoy your lampwork beads". Heard nothing until I got an email on Dec. 8th saying my order was to be shipped out the following morning. I waited again! Nothing! On the 14th of Dec I got an email from Paypal with my refund and a note from the seller, she didn't think she could get in to me in time for Christmas so she refunded me. What??? Said she would try and send it still if she thought she could get it to me. I really don't think she will. She did refund my entire purchase, but really......from Nov 22 to Dec 14 you couldn't have known? I really feel I should leave negative feedback, but I did get my money back....so neutral it is. But buyer beware.... I really wanted the walking stick.
