Each item has a suggested letter count based on the overall size of the piece and how much text it can accommodate while still being easy to read. This is a suggestion, and usually 1-3 more letters can fit depending on how the text is composed overall.

If you have any particular questions about what text will fit, please send me a message with a photo of your text. I can then give you a much better idea of if your message will work well on that item.

Repairs will be made complimentary for items purchased within 45 days. After the 45 day period, the customer must pay any return shipping costs for repairs. If your chain breaks after 45 days, replacement chains are available and vary in price depending on the material needed. Please contact me for further details.
